This is an experience report on the process and progress of improving the Standard Library, Scala Toolkit and other core Scala modules under the resources provided by the Sovereign Tech Agency.

Laminar is a Scala.js-first approach to reactive UI for the web, combining declarative presentation with logic for how to make updates based on events or other state changes.
