sbt 2.0 lab
Come talk to the sbt maintainers at sbt 2.0 lab. The lab session will be a mix of prepared problems and build clinic to discuss porting your build to sbt 2.
This lab session will be conducted by current sbt maintainers Eugene and Anatolii.
Summary
We'll prepare some example problems people can go through to experience the caching issues etc that we can finish in an hour. The next hour would be more open-ended discussion or Q&A about porting existing build to sbt 2.
Relevance
Having an in-person clinic time with the project maintainers makes conference a fruitful experience. This might also be an opportunity where people can discuss closed-sourced repo.
This session will not be livestreamed or recorded.
Eugene is a maintainer of sbt, and an engineer with years of experience working on build tooling at companies like Lightbend and Netflix. He enjoys long walks looking for Döner kebab, and functional programming.
Scala compiler engineer and a contributor to the Scala 3 language. Currently working on Scoverage and sbt 2.
